Who is responsible
Playr✦ is run by Balázs Szalontai.
What we store
About you, the coach. Your email and the details you enter about your teams.
About your players (if enabled). Only what you choose to add: a first name, and if it helps, a birth year, a jersey number and who came to training. There is no field for a surname, address, photo or health information. Players never log in, and we never contact them.
What you write. Session plans and feedback: whatever you type. So write about the session, not about the players.
Usage. Your browser, the pages you open, and error reports when something breaks. This also applies to anyone who opens a shared link.
Why we use it
To run Playr✦: sign you in, plan sessions, track who was there. To keep it secure and fix what breaks. To see which screens get used, so we build the right things next.
We don't sell data, we don't show ads, and we don't train AI on it.

Cookies
A few keep the app working, like the one that keeps you signed in. PostHog sets one to count which screens get used. You can block cookies in your browser, but you'll need the sign-in one to use the app.
How long we store it
As long as you use Playr✦. Delete your account under Account in the app and it's gone at once: your team, its trainings and your login.
