About these terms
This is an agreement between you and Balázs Szalontai, who runs Playr✦. How we handle your data is in the Privacy notice.
Who it's for
Adults who coach. You must be 18 or over. Players don't get accounts, and we never contact them.
Your account
Your login is yours alone, so don't share it. You're responsible for what happens under it. If you think someone else has it, tell us straight away.
What's yours, what's ours
Your data is yours. Players, attendance, sessions, notes, and any drills you write. Ask for a copy or for deletion at any time.
Playr✦ is ours. The app, its design and code, and the drills and templates we supply. Use them to coach your teams. Don't copy, resell or publish them. All rights reserved.
Feedback is welcome, and we're free to act on it.
Treat players well
- Only enter what the session needs: a first name, and a birth year if it helps.
- Write about the session, not about the player. No health notes, no ratings.
- Treat share links like keys. Anyone with the link can open it.
- Don't try to break in or reach anyone else's data. Found a hole? Tell us, and we'll thank you.
What it costs
Playr✦ is free for coaches in the first cohort. It's still early, so it may pause or break: keep your own record of anything that matters. Before Playr✦ costs anything, you'll hear from us first, and you only pay if you choose to stay. You can always leave with your data. If we ever stop running Playr✦, you get 60 days' notice and an export.
Ending it
You can stop any time. Ask, and we'll export and delete your data. We can suspend an account that puts players' data at risk, and close one if these terms are broken.
Liability
Playr✦ is provided as it is. As far as Swiss law allows, we're not liable for indirect loss or lost data. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence.
Law and changes
Swiss law applies, and the courts where we're based decide disputes. If we change these terms, we tell you first. Using Playr✦ after that means you accept the new version.
